Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: You may return your product within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as opened skincare items, used products, and items on clearance or final sale, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at nitarya.skincare01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 to 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at nitarya.skincare01@gmail.com
- Process: After receiving your request, we will guide you through the exchange process. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by nitarya for defective or incorrect items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
